1. Warranty
We offer a standard 1-year warranty on all our products, unless otherwise specified:
Defective Products & Replacements
If you receive a defective product, discover a malfunction within 30 days of delivery, or receive an incorrect model or quantity, we will replace it at no additional cost. This includes covering all shipping expenses and refunding your postage costs for returning the item.

Warranty Repairs
If your product malfunctions after the initial 30-day period but within the warranty period (1 year for standard products, 2 years for HD Series Pixel Poi, and 6 months for Jump Ropes & Double Dutch), we will repair it free of charge. You only need to cover shipping costs.
After the warranty period, we still offer paid repair services. Most repairs range from $50 to $90, while more complex repairs may cost up to 40% of the product's original purchase price.

2. Lifetime Service
Ignis Pixel provides post-warranty service for selected products under the "Lifetime Service" program. This service allows continued repairs beyond the standard warranty period.
However, the availability of this service is not guaranteed and is subject to Ignis Pixel’s evaluation. Availability depends on the technical feasibility and the availability of replacement parts.
3. Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the product within 14 days of delivery.
