4. Order Processing & Shipping

- If the products you ordered are in stock, we typically ship them within 1–2 business days after payment.

Shipping Liability & Lost Shipments
- Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Ignis Pixel has limited control over the shipping process. While we work with reliable delivery services, occasional delays or issues may occur.

- During peak holiday seasons, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. We recommend placing orders in advance if you need delivery by a specific date.
5. Customs Taxes & Import Duties
Import taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply based on your country’s regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs authorities for detailed information on potential import charges and the customs clearance process. Ignis Pixel has no control over customs procedures and cannot influence or expedite the clearance of your parcel.
Any customs fees or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. If the customer refuses delivery, any return shipping costs and customs fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Pricing Errors & Order Cancellation
- If an incorrect price is displayed due to a system error, Ignis Pixel reserves the right to cancel and refund the affected order.
- Orders suspected of fraudulent activity or placed with unauthorized payment methods may be delayed, investigated, or canceled at our discretion.
- If a pricing error or miscalculation occurs on our website, Ignis Pixel reserves the right to cancel and refund any affected orders at its discretion. Customers will be notified of such cancellations.
7. Warranty Policy
We offer a standard 1-year warranty on all our products, unless otherwise specified:
- The HD Series Pixel Poi comes with a 2-year warranty.
- Jump Ropes & Double Dutch come with a 6-month warranty.
Defective Products & Replacements
If you receive a defective product, discover a malfunction within 30 days of delivery, or receive an incorrect model or quantity, we will replace it at no additional cost. This includes covering all shipping expenses and refunding your postage costs for returning the item.

Warranty Repairs
If your product malfunctions after the initial 30-day period but within the warranty period (1 year for standard products, 2 years for HD Series Pixel Poi, and 6 months for Jump Ropes & Double Dutch), we will repair it free of charge. You only need to cover shipping costs.
After the warranty period, we still offer paid repair services. Most repairs range from $50 to $90, while more complex repairs may cost up to 40% of the product's original purchase price.

8. Lifetime Service
Ignis Pixel provides post-warranty service for selected products under the "Lifetime Service" program. This service allows continued repairs beyond the standard warranty period.
However, the availability of this service is not guaranteed and is subject to Ignis Pixel’s evaluation. Availability depends on the technical feasibility and the availability of replacement parts.
9. Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the product within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions

- All return shipping costs, including any applicable customs fees, are the buyer’s responsibility.
- The product must be unused and in resale condition (complete set, no scuffs or signs of use).
- Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the product, with the refund amount deducted by the initial shipping costs paid for delivering the order to the customer.
Exchange for Another Model
- The request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- The original product must be unused and in resale condition.
- If the selected model has a higher price, you must pay the difference. If the new model is cheaper, the difference will be refunded.
- When exchanging for a different model, the original amount paid by the customer will be adjusted by deducting the initial shipping costs paid for delivering the order before recalculating the exchange value.
10. Fraud Prevention & Website Security
- Ignis Pixel reserves the right to verify orders suspected of fraud.
- Users must not interfere with or attempt to hack the website, scrape data, or automate access.
11. Liability for Commercial and Professional Use
- Some products require a certain level of skill to operate safely and effectively. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary experience before using professional-grade props.
- Ignis Pixel disclaims all responsibility for any consequences related to the commercial or professional use of its products.
- Ignis Pixel is not responsible for financial losses due to event cancellations caused by product malfunctions.
- Professional performers should allow sufficient time to inspect and test their equipment before scheduled performances.
12. Product Updates & Disclaimer
- The appearance and functionality of our products may differ slightly from images shown on our website or catalog due to continuous improvements.
- If exact specifications are important to you, please contact us before placing your order.
- Complaints regarding minor appearance differences will not be accepted after purchase.
